My good friend Aaron is a carpenter by trade who happens to enjoy muscle ups, Olympic Lifting, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He built this lifting platform from scratch. It is not just another platform that is mass produced. Many people don't realize that garage floors are sloped by design so water runs away from the home. This platform is leveled off in all directions so the lifter can actually lift on a flat surface.
