Atlanta Metro Showdown East vs West at Crossfit HD

Today I watched an outstanding local CrossFit competition hosted by CrossFit HD in Doraville GA; organized by James at CrossFit Addiction.  First off - great job by James at organizing the event.  Everything ran very smooth and the athletes were challenged by the workouts as several athletes ended in the dead cock roach position.  I believe 40-something teams showed up at this event.  CrossFit HD is a fantastic gym; if you live in the area definitely go check them out.  Tons of equipment and space to get your workout on.  Below are some pics and video from the event.
