Custom Kickboxing Rig (Call for Pricing)

Every martial arts academy has a different floor plan and/or matted area.  We design and custom build our kickboxing rigs out of 4x4 American square tubing.  Cross-member ends are made with two corner gussets and 3/8" thick mounting bracket to ensure the strongest most stable kickboxing rig in the world.  Lead time from design to delivery is roughly 8 weeks.  See process below.

Design Phase

We need a floor plan showing your matted area so we can get exact measurements.  This can be as simple as a hand drawing as long as it clearly shows any existing structural beams with clear measurements.  Photos will be required of the area as well.  You will be required to make a non-refundable deposit of $250 during this phase.  It takes our engineers 10 - 15 hours on average to draw everything in CAD.  A detailed quote will be provided to you at the end of this phase.  If you accept the quote your deposit will be applied to your invoice.  The remaining balance is due at this time for all custom jobs.

Build Phase

We source all our steel locally using the best material available.  We precision laser cut every piece of steel with tight tolerances.  Next we weld and test fit every piece to ensure proper fit.  After QC we go to paint.  You can specify whatever color you want since this is a custom job.  

Delivery / Installation Phase

We will utilize a courier service to deliver the rig parts to your location.  You will need to be present to accept delivery and have a crew ready to help unload.  If you opted for our installation service our team will contact you to setup a schedule.  Installation varies and can take up to 3 days depending on what is needed.
