OC Throwdown starts tomorrow. We are very excited to sponsor Irving Hernandez from CrossFit Paragon. He will get to compete against some of the best on the West Coast. For those that don't know him he can bust out 101 pull-ups in 1 minute, has a snatch PR of 235 (maybe more now)… and his body weight is only 150.
